National Association of Street Schools (NASS) serves as a technical and financial support and information clearinghouse for its network of member schools. Each faith-based school is independently operated but espouses the core values and basic tenets of all NASS member schools: personalized academic development, social skills development, career development and spiritual development. NASS member high schools participate in the AHSI network and are encouraged to meet the needs of their individual constituencies while at the same time being held strictly accountable to an extensive system of NASS Essentials and to the AHSI Distinguishers through accreditation.
