Good Shepherd Services is a non-profit, social service, and youth development organization that works with young people and families across New York City. Good Shepherd Services works in partnership with the New York City Department of Education to create high schools for overage, under-credited students between the ages of 16-20 who have dropped out or have been excessively truant from high school. Students choose to attend our schools, commit to obtain their high school diploma, and create a viable post-graduation plan. The integration of youth development principles into our educational practice is at the cornerstone of our school model.
